Looking for plugin for older version of Rust

Could someone please send me the plugin (XP Manager or XP Booster) for older versions of RUST?
I have a folder of the server Devblog 133, and I'm trying to create a modded server, but I do not have these plugins to add a rate to XP

 

Why are you running an older version of Rust ?

 

Because many do not have computers to play the new version of rust, in case they have very weak computers, so I want to open an older version so that we can play without any lag, the 1806 version (Devblog 133) is a more optimized.

 

We dont support older versions so you are on your own on this

 

Rust by nature is a very resource extensive game, if you and your friends can't play it without using a very old and unsupported build you may want to seek out other games.
