Looking for experienced modder/coder

I'm pretty new to these forums so if this might not be allowed I apologize! Anyways, I'm starting up a Rust server and have been setting it up for the past week and ended up getting alot of problems I didn't expect. Trying to make it nice and clean before we officially launch the server so looking for a pretty experienced guy who has ran a modded server in the past and knows what he is doing. Obviously willing to pay but will discuss more in private.

Also if you guys know any popular coders that might be interested please tag them/if you know they have twitters or something!
