Looking for developers for my server

Hellp i have buy a hortworld server and like a extrem good server whit much player:

so i need a really good dev for my team:
-nedd istall plugins and change plugin (fix)
-fix bugs
-change drop rate
-show me also how i edit animal when its working
-edit items when its also working

I have a hurtwolrd server on windows

Hurtworld Slots 60
DDOS protect yes
Teamspeak 3 Server no
ram 6gb
MySQL Datenbank yes

 

1. Why don't you install and change plugins yourself? This is like giving the server to someone else you might not even know!

2. Bugs are more likely "caused" by the Hurtworld devs and/or by the plugin devs.

3. You can change droprate with this plugin: LootConfig for Hurtworld | Oxide

bug is ok dont find one
droprate i change also

but it it possible to change items? color? stats? or animals to edit?
