Looking for dev(s) who know how to code plugins big and small + paying!!

Hello! I am the owner of the server Island Royale (not released)! We got big ideas and expectations. We are looking for developers interested in coding big or small plugins for $$ in return!! Payments vary depending on the project size and effort. Some of the things you can expect when working for us is detailed descriptions of plugins we request to help understand exactly what you are making without any confusion. We understand the laborious task of coding plugins, so we don't necessarily rush, we prefer efficiency over time! Again, we do pay so don't feel like we aren't providing anything in return, payments are effected with code efficiency (non-messy code), effort, and plugin functions!
