The video itself you could probably make yourself. It just a recording of rust (you can google many tutorials on the rust video thing OR just fly after soemone in noclip while recodring), he just put a bit of blur ontop of the video (you can google many tutorials on that) and the black fade that gets thicker and thicker the closer to the bottom you get, is done via CSS or JS (you can google many tutorials on this). You might allready know about all this, but i figured i'd tell you wither way.
