Looking for a Rust server dev/admin

So yesterday i got my server and my friend said he knew how to dev the server but then i found out he knows nothing (typical) so if you would like to be my dev that i can trust with all my heart and soul to maintain the server and be online frequently and that can fix plugins and make good kits then PM me and/or add me on skype

No, I am fairly sure that you're looking for someone to administer your server, not for a Rust server developer.

It sounds like your looking for more than a server dev, also thats not really the write term.
To me is sounds like you are wanting someone to Run a server for you.
Here is a few things you may want to include:

• Expected time spent per week
• Are they expected to create mods (programming skills)
• will they need to run the server completely without your help (updates, crashes, wipes...)
• Are you going to help at all or are you looking to just instruct them.
• Is there going to be any pay included.

These details and more are needed so people can think if they want the role, from what I understand it will be a full on role and if you want someone to do this in there spare time a bonus (aka $$) would help, if you want it full time then you definitly want to look at giving some kind of income.
Running a server can take up a lot of time.
