Solved Long server start

    After update (XP system implement) my server became a very long time to load.
    Plugins are the same that before XP update. But before, server starting be faster (~5 min)..
    Server hangs on the command line (screen) for ~25+ minutes. :(

    Someone faced with such a problem?

    When the server is starting up, plugins are compiled and will hold up the server until they are compiled. If you have some erroring, this can slow it down.
