Mordeus submitted a new resource:

LockPickManager - Stops Lockpicking of doors and/or cages

Stops all Lockpicking of doors and cages, logs location and player that picked the lock. Players can still escape cages and shackles with lockpicks.

Works with Declaration of war(optional).-only warring guilds can pick locks(enable in config)
Works with ProtectedZone to allow a lockpicking zone(optional)

Permission to use commands: lockpickmanager.admin

Commands(only used with ProtectedZone):
/addlockpickingflag //stand in zone or type zoneId after...
