Rust Locking weapons in quick slots

Hi guys! I had an idea to lock arms in quick slots.

Description:

When a wipe on the server, the server block craft many weapons for example 24 hours. My idea is that the weapons could be to craft, BUT it was impossible to put it in quick slots. And if I try to put in a quick slot is a weapon, I will sign "Weapons locked".

For example: You have crafted an AK-47, but you can not put it in the quick slots. And if I try to put in a quick slot is a weapon, I will sign "Weapons locked".

It would be nice if you would write this plugin. Especially it all like it!
