Solved Location of oxide.config.json file?

I'm having difficulties. Where do I find this file? I've pretty much looked everywhere and Im probably missing it.

A friend said that I can set the option below to fix the oxide tab on RustAdmin, but I need the location.

MinimalistMode False

In the server root folder...same directory like RustDedicated.exe
