Solved Live timed messages?

    How to add a message at live time (Like real server time) example my servers location is LA so I wont a message or command at 5PM pacific time is that a plugin? Or is that even possible?

    It has a REAL TIME built in? I dont see that

    It sends it based on your server time as far as I know.
