With the new possibility to move the server to linux.
my question is..
It is better linux or windows for the server ?

For Now - only Windows
because the code that uses the Linux server - not optimized for the Linux architecture
it does not increase in productivity, but only degrades

I tried both systems (windows 6 months, linux about 1 week)
Linux: more fps, more problems with plugins (they don't want compile sometimes), more problems with run multiple servers, now without console. And my server just close when it use more, than 16GB RAM.
Windows: all fine, but fps somethimes jump +-200 with no reason.

linux have more advanced network stack, it discourages unnecessary requests and better optimized, so DDoSers sucks and you have some stability in your server FPS
it's true
