Solved Limit player access to server

Look,my server can accommodate 60 players at most,I want half of them(steamID have been recognized) can get connect first,any possible can make this work?

Thanks bro,but I want half of my server can getin first,after that,the rest people can get in too(it can be anyonels),in other words,I want take 30 position for confirming players first,do I make any sence for you?
