Reign of Kings Limit loot bag drop on death

If there was a mod that would allow the average person to only drop something random instead of all their loot I think people would be more apt to learn how to PVP and thus more fighting would occur as well. Robbery at night would be more fun as well.

Can a modder create a mod to select a random item to be dropped on death instead of the entire person's inventory? I think this would promote more fighting and less complaining about losing a fight.
