Rust Limit building upgrades

    Hello all,

    I am looking for a plugin that lets me block certain building upgrades.
    For example: People can only upgrade to wood and stone but not metal etc.

    If there is already such a plugin in exist or if anybody is willing to code such a plugin please messsage me.
