Learned blueprint but it's not on list

Found a few new blueprints in barrels in game today - Russia t-shirt and forest camo pants, to name a couple. I learned the blueprints, but they're not coming up on the list and I'm not seeing them in my Steam inventory, either.

I tried relogging as well as restarting the game. Found another Russia t-shirt BP in a barrel and learned it. Again, not on the list of known BPs nor anything in my Steam inventory.

Are they bugged? I don't think they are as I've seen listings on the Steam marketplace for those two items and others. So why is it that I don't have the blueprints?

Would it have anything to do with the fact I'm admin on my server?

Getting the same issue here, as are the other admins. Going to check with other players on the server now.

Are you running a modded server? Its got to be one mod causing this

 

Apparently it's an issue with the new items. They're not meant to be available as blueprints. They're only available as rewards for playing the game over time.

 

You using BetterLoot? It might be giving out blueprints that can't be used... I haven't seen any yet, but I'm wondering if it's possible.
