Reign of Kings Land claim / block health

Hello.

I love ROK and i love Siege and Griefing BUT. I am working and i am off sometimes 4 days in row. The Great idea will be if anyone with some skills and time will make mod like is CLAIM BLOCK in 7DaysToDie

In short:
- Owner or Pard of the Guild is ONLINE : Normal Damage from Siege
- Owner or Pard of the Guild is OFFLINE: All block will get for example 5x Health Boost !
- Owner or Pard of the Guild is OFFLINE more then 24Hours : All block will get normal damage sets
- Owner or Pard of the Guild is OFFLINE More then 1 Week : All block will get less Health

Rule between ONLINE and OFFLINE: To get OFFLINE boost player MUST BE online more then 1-2 Hours
