Reign of Kings King dies based on tax level set

So on my server the maximum tax is 5% as a rule. Is there anyone who can help me make a plugin that will automatically kill the king on the spot if they set it at 6%+?

This does not appear to be possible with the existing hooks. I did try to work with it for about 2 hrs and could not come up with anything that worked.
If anyone knows how to create hooks (I tried a while back and failed miserably) it could probably be done very easily.

 

Whydont you just set the taxes (server sided) to a range from 0-5%? Just go to your-server-folder\mods\realm.cfg and set the range to whatever you like. I set mine from 0-70% for instance
