Rust Kill/death ratio in chat only

I am looking for a plugin that will display kills,deaths, and K/D ratio in chat when something like /kd is typed in chat. I have looked at other plugins, but they all either have a GUI or have a lot of other things being tracked that are not wanted. Thanks!

Edit: Alternatively, I am playing with Rank Me and have disabled all commands but kills, deaths, and KDR. I could work with this, but I am unfamiliar with Python and am unable to get the commands to post in public chat where everyone can view them. I would also like all three to display together (for example, typing /kdr in chat would return "Elderly John Stamos has a 1.0 KD, 1 kills 0 deaths).

 

Something that only portrays kills death and perhaps the ratio is highly doable. I may re-make KDRGui and have that as a sole feature once I ensure that these NREs are fixed. However, it does offer it at the moment.

 

Thank you very much. I am asking this for a friend who has a battlefield server and he actually tried your plugin but was looking for one that just shows in chat. If you do take the time to do this I would appreciate it very much. I believe that he wants it to output the kd,kills, and deaths of the player that types in the command rather than a top list.
