Solved Kicking and muting?

Sorry for disturbing,
I dont know if this is the good place to ask,
But I forgot the name of the plugin and you can like mute players kick players etc in game
I had it before but I dont know what the name was, can you tell me what it is sorry for placing in the wrong section if it is
