Keep teleporting back to last location

@Wulf Mayybe you could help... it seems like im almost the only one that got this problem.
Blinkarrow works not correctly. Since the big Teleport issue on Dev 73 ....
You teleport and 0,2 sec after it back to old location again....
but when i have nocplip:true it works fine.... i hope u have a solution . thanks.
