Hurtworld Jumping / bunny hop limitation

For this idea I'd like to see a way to limit how many consecutive times within __ seconds a person can jump... perhaps there isn't a way to do this directly, however perhaps there is a way for plugin to limit the key presses for the jump function.

I have this marked for Hurtworld, however any plugin that can efficiently be universal I'm all for it!

 

I would love to see a plugin for this or even better @cowtrix adds a jump cooldown to the game itself like in rust
