The notifier plugin offers different functionality, including a playerlist and a few others, you probably have another plugin installed that is using an identical chat command that is being used in the Notifier plugin as well which causes it not to load and throw that error.

You using a mod? If so, look at the config for it.

 

How do I change for example: "xFatality Connected", I wanted to put it this way: "xFatality is connecting," "xFatality is connected".
