Rust Item/XP rewards

I've been searching for a plugin that will reward players with XP / items as their playtime increases, but none of them match what i've been looking for.

isRusty server's have a mod which each hour a player plays they increase in XP level. At certain levels they get an item.

For example after playing for 1 hour a player gets XP level 1 & 25 cooked chicken. Another example; after playing for 5 hours they get XP level 5 & 500 HQ metal.

Is there a plugin like that i have not found yet i could use? Or is the one on isRusty server private?

That plugin in question is private.

However you can use PlaytimeTracker along with ServerRewards and offer a similar way of rewarding players for playtime.
