Rust Item "Tear Up"

Looking for a plugin similar to the Blueprint Tear Up plugin. Be able to "disassemble" items and get anywhere from 20-50% of the materials/resources back from the item.

MoegicBox is the same plugin but updated and supported, better use that one imho. I authored both btw.
