Item in wrong slot, giving again error

so after i did all the updates for new oxide everything seems to work fine except an inv glitch that is happening. basically if someone uses a kit or if I (as admin) give myself items they do not show up in my inv, i know for a fact they are there i just cannot see the items and when i try to move the "invisible items" around in my inv or to a locker sometimes they show up but sometimes they bug out ? any suggestions? here is a file attached that shows the error message in the F1 console when this happens
