Item glitch in latest Rust update

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but with the last rust update there is a dupe glitch i am not sure if they are aware i just want to give a heads up for rust dev.. My friend and i was at lighthouse and there was a recycler we placed 2 tech trash, sheet metal and metal pipe and turn on my friend was jumping on my head and somehow got on top of recycler and when we turn on Recycler it give us 3 rocket and 2 c4
