I'd like to be able to have my Rust and Minecraft servers both be able to communicate via IRC.
It seems that there was a plugin, but it looks like it's dead. Something about a bot not being active anymore?

Well, no much explaining needed.
Just asking if theres some plugin or else to connect ingamechat with an IRC Server. -

There is a plugin called Notifico to send chat to IRC, but you'd need an extension for chat from IRC to the server. Someone is working on an extension though.

if someone wants to actually make one, i can give my source as an example

as we are already on that topic. i just set everything so that it works in one way, + an webclient on homepage.
Is there maybe anything i can do so that the webclients will receive a chathistory on sign in ? would be usefull in combination with the ingame chat.
and/or is there anything that user doesnt have to signup with a name everytime maybe? so if they visit the website they see direct the chat , and got a given guest name?
never used Irc's before~ -
My plugin guy is still working on the extension, it's only for Rust right now, and has some bugs to work out and some more lang settings to add. You can see it working on ZHPVP.Enjin.com (click chat at top).
I'll keep you posted when he decides to public test it.
Crushed hit me up in the server owners slack, we can let it out to a couple for testing further, but it's not ready yet for a public release.Last edited by a moderator: Nov 3, 2016
