Universal IP address banning/blocking

We need a plug-in for the ban's IP Subnet.
Example ban IP: 92.37.128.1 - 92.37.255.254

 

I am not sure if there is a Plugin which allows to ban IP Ranges or in General to use wildcards

I would uses the Enhanced Ban System but yeah not sure if that supports prefix bans for a subnet

 

If this is based on a windows system, you could always create a rule in Windows Firewall.
