Invisible / ghost mode?

    You can spectate with Rust itself using Shift+P as admin I believe. I don't know of any other way.

    any plugin dont exist ? on Shift+P i cant use teleport , it's spectate not usable ... Character on this spectate not move .

    Try 'spectate namehere' in console. It's better than SHIFT + P and basically follows the player.
