Solved Instant XP level and XP on join

is there a way to add like when new players join the server? and get instant level 70.. and like 6000 xp?
i cant find it

 

Use : XP Control for Rust | Oxide to boost admin to max level and then to bring everyone up to that level.. Or just use a Automatic Client Commands for Rust | Oxide to give them max xp when they join

 

I've found these 3 plugins. but what i wanted was something that would auto set the XP and level on join.
