I don't believe you can, as Rust no longer supports Linux systems. If your running a server, you will need a VPS running Windows Server 2012 (or 2008). I have one myself, and if you have a large player base (30 - 50 players) plus 40+ plugins, I'd suggest more than 4gb server. 4gb is minimum.

Not sure if it's okay to plug my hosting provide or not, but I have this host: https://www.ovh.com/us/vps/vps-cloud.xml I'm using a VPS Cloud 2 right now, but I'm maxing out on memory, so going to upgrade soon to a VPS Cloud 3.
You may not even need a VPS, I like it for it's extra control and the fact that I can update faster and diagnose issues faster.
If your not technically minded, I'd suggest Multiplay or something like that, rather than a VPS. A VPS is going to cost you more and take more time to setup and manage. -

There are actually threads on installing Rust and Oxide on Linux, but you'd need to use Wine.

The thread he linked has the install method for wine. It's the first post. You'll need to run those commands in the Linux terminal. It will install wine.
