Installing Oxide plugins?

    hey i am new to this hosting a server deal, just looking to get some info on the adding plug-ins to your server. where can i find the plug-ins to add to my server i downloaded oxide 2 from gameservers.com i do not know what to do from here any information will help thanks for your time.

    one more question does rusty work for experimental ver cant seem to get it to connect properly
