Solved Installing on gamehosting.co?

Hi guys, i'm trying to install Oxide on my gamehosting.co server but the FTP won't let me. It gives this error:

Response: 500 Access denied.
Error: Critical file transfer error

Do you guys have any idea how to bypass it or do i have to wait for their support?

You cannot install oxide anymore via ftp on gameservers. You'll need to use there built in installer.

 

The installer Hatemail is talking about isn't implemented yet if you haven't asked them to install it first. Just send them a ticket with the download link to the mod and they shall install it for you and then implement the download / update installer

 

Just move all the files like any regular oxide install? Acess denied is something with your FTP users permission which should be delt with your company.

 

I contacted the host and the CEO helped me out and installed everything himself! Thanks for your help guys
