Installing mods/plugins for a server?

Hello everybody!
Yeah, this sounds very noob, how to install mods/plugins for a server.
I have a server on my computer but how to install mods/plugins for the server?

you mod server inside mod files.and you need to instal oxide.after that you download plugins oxide site and drop plugins file Inside save/oxide/plugins
