Increasing animals and server list issue

hi, i have two questions to ask.

first question is, is there anyway to increase the amount of animal spawns by default without any plugins or do you need a plugin to do so?

second question is, some of my friends keep telling me that they cant my server in the server list in game, however my server providers say that everything is okay but my friends still cant find the server by searching for it.

for the first question, i use Cornucopia plugin (it isnt supported by developer anymore but i can send u that plugin in private message, it still works).
Second question, is the server new?If yes, give it a day or two and it will show in game dont worry.

@GhostGaming, a new rust update recently came out which fixed the issue, it was occurring on servers which were not using their root IP. Simply update your server.
