Solved Increased hunger rate

I want to make a plugin that make the hunger bar goes down faster.
But I have no idea where to start or search.

and can you do something about the bone knife its bugged if you have a server whit 10x resources or somethiong
the bone knife hits faster so it will hit all the HQ ore and the stone will allmost not disepear because the knife dose no dmg to the rock allmost its a bug
for all servers btw ppl are not saying it to the admins because if it gets nerfed thay loose from one rock 10k+ HQ

Maybe decrees the bone knife speed or something ??
