In game tags

I want to be able to have it so after a certain amount of time, or if i add them or whatever, i make it so someone in my server has a VIP,Loyal,Member,Admin tag, i tried making a groups with oxide but that doesnt give an in game tag, ive seen some servers do this before on a playtime basis, how do i do it?
