Solved In-game item giving menu

So I am seeking a plugin that allows me to do exactly this (I know this is Kits Plugin, but the Admin Give Tool (as seen in timestamp: 3:47 in this video)


Ultimately looks like a UI for Admins instead of needing Rcon Tools Web Based.

If someone knows the name of this plugin, or one similar, please let me know! Thanks!
