I want to rent my own Rust server but I'm new to this!

Hello everyone.

I want to start renting my own server but I'm quite confused.

I want to rent a server, 50 players on game servers but I have some questions about anticheat and making players admins etc. I'm only 16 I'm new to this.

When I rent a server, i need to worry about anticheat. Apparently Oxide anticheat is good but how exactly do I install it? Do I just click install and it does the rest? how do i make players admins? i'm new to all of this s o I don't know exactly what i'm doing. Any help will be great!
