Solved I can't use any admin commands

I have bought a server over at GameServers, they provide a automatic Oxide install. "Something that i've done". When i proceed to log on Rust aswell as Rusty(Rcon). I can not seem to fly, spawn, ban, nothing. i have no commands even though i've done Ownerid <steamid> <name> <reason>. It even says in console: Player added as owner. '

I also tried Oxide.usergroup add player admin. Wich did not work either. This prevents me from completing my server, and i've sunken 3 hours into googling and researching, and well over 10 hours to try and figure it out myself; with no sucess at all. Could any kind gentlemen out there explain to me why this "error" may occur?

Alright, ill give it a shot and tell ya what happends. I forgot the server.writecfg ugh... Feel so stupid, thanks for the AMAZING reply time. Love your work man.
