Solved I can not claim my server Steam Rust

Very good to the community Hi, I have a problem. to try to claim my server to rust, when trying to connect with RCON not connect me ..

I have the server localhost on my pc .. ..
I think I must be missing something else .. set that a friend also happens ..

ip is dynamic but appears in STEAM

data server
Name: Rust URUGUAY Servegame (Wipe 05/03)
dynamic ip: 179.25.233.65:28015
ip principal: client.connect rusturuguay.servegame.com:28015

If your server is on the same computer as you, you don't need to use RCON, just use the console directly.
