I was trying to ban one of the players who had been breaking one of our server Rules, but i accidently banned the owners 64 bit steam id. I tried doing /unban 64bit id but of no luck. I tried unbanning the 32bt also with no luck. And now he cant unban himself as he cant acess the server files and unban himself.
Please guys do not answer in a short answer please do give all the possibilities that are available.

Owner should be able to locate and remove the ban from bans.cfg and/or from ebsbanlist.json if using Enhance Ban. The EBS banlist appears in oxide/data folder.

/facepalm why would you type his name in when youre trying to ban someone breaking the rules? that doesnt seem like an accident to me. this is why i dont let anyone have any admin powers but me.

Read the overview of EBS, it has the unban command there.
