Hurtworld server on Windows VPS crashing

hello when im try to run the host.exe the cmd have crash and im have errors

the server dont work

 

im running the server (host.exe) all work but when im try to connect im cant

what im need to do ?

on vps when im make screen -s to server work when im exit from putty.
