How to know if server is lagging?

how i can know if my server is laggy ?
this tell 19kb/s in, 79kb/s out ?

 

how i know if my performance is good ? and maybe the traffic is relevant beacause i dont have a host

so why the people have lag xdd?

 

They could be located far away from the server, their internet could be bad or having issues, or your server's network may be having issues. Chances are it's one of the first two.

Also, is the lag consistent or just occasional?

 

when my server have more than 18 people, the start spamming lag xdd , server dedicated by me in argentnina and the player are of here, probably the internet, how can i know when is laggy my internet in the server ?

 

In order to have a Rust server with good performance you should be hosting it on a VPS/Dedi.
Home connections usually doesn't have enought upstream bandwidth.

 

yea i know, but i dont know a good and cheap host and for now i want to made dedicated, donators will pay the host, so where can i know ehn my connections i lagging in the server
