How to identify Administrator

good morning. to start I took you to excuse me I'm French and I use a translator.

I want to know how I log in as administrator on my server.

in \server\my_server_identity\cfg\

Create 3 files bans.cfg server.cfg and users.cfg

In users.cfg add the line
ownerid yoursteamid "name" "no reason"

For moderator use
moderatorid steamid "name" "no reason"

you need to reboot to take effect.

you can use rcon tool like Rusty or RustAdmin tool ( see tools section of the forum ) it's really helpfull.
