How to configure dynamic ip server with NO-IP

Hello to all the community, I have the following questions ..

I have my server rust in the latest version of experimental, but I have a problem ..
I have the server on my local pc, I can enter and my friends too, but tenog them to spend my ip each therefore I have dynamic ip bone that changes every 12 hours, this is an issue that I have to be aware that change the ip ..

So I decided to install the NO-IP program which sets access your dynamic ip ip, the issue is that my friends can not access the server with the ip that gives me the program .. serious rusturuguay.servegame client.connect. com: 28015 but can not access my server so .. any help or solution .. maybe I miss some settings .. Greetings I really hope your help because I have many players on my server ..

 

If I have open ports as there are people playing with my ip in number, but can not connect to the ip that gives me the NO-IP program ..

What does your network setup look like? (my network as example: ISP router -> my own router -> PC with Rust Server)
Some things that need to be considered as well is that your router will sometimes change the local ip 192.168.1.x. Normally you can reserve a specific ip on your router for your pc so that it doesn't change as this would mess with the port forwarding as well when it changes.
