How remove walls from server

hi, for moment i don't use any plugin to remove walls outside of cupboard area from my server .
last weeks i had "ObjectRemover" but with this plugin every player can abuse and flood / stop my server with commands, this plugin have no oxide acces.
can someone tell me how remove walls, spikes, thinks from my server outside of cupboard area ?
