How do I release a ban?

How come I dont see anyone I banned on my ban.cfg list? I rent from gamerserver.com and legacy would add new bans as I made them and allowed me to remove them as well. So I dont think its my GSP blocking the file?

Or does the game not allow this yet?

If you don't see anything in ban.cfg, then your bans likely aren't saving.
