Host my own server can i spawn entities in ?

i host my own server playing around with building and want to know if i can spawn entities in such as a small warehouse bus stop etc .....

 

as far as i know you can not spawn those entities that belongs to the map

 

ive managed to spawn the car in with entity.spawn "sedan car" which you can also drive but cant get anything else to work : (
